ACTION REVOLVERS. 1) S&W No. 1 Second Issue. Standard model with 1855, 1859 & 1860 patent dates on the cylinder. Cal. 22 short RF. S# 65457. 3 3/16” bbl. with rib & semi-circular sight. Round 7 shot cylinder. Blued bbl. & cyl. Silver finished frame. Tip-up action with spur trigger. Square butt Rosewood grips. CONDITION: bbl. & cyl. have faded to gray. Frame retains 70% silver finish showing numerous small dents. Grips show wear & marks. Cylinder will rotate when action is cocked. Lightly pitted bore has worn rifling. 2) Springfield Pocket Model. Cal. 30 RF. S# 1286. 3 1/8” bbl. with rib & blade sight. Round 5 shot cylinder. Blued bbl. & cyl. Nickel finished brass frame has bar latched loading gate on the right side. Spur trigger. Walnut square butt grips. CONDITION: bbl. & cyl. have faded to gray showing some pitting. Action has over 80% re-nickeled finish. Refinished grips. Functioning action. Bore has mildly worn rifling. 3) Springfield Pocket Model. Cal. 30 RF. S# 4508. 3 1/8” octagon bbl. with rib &semi-circular sight. Round 5 shot cylinder. Blued bbl. & cyl. Silver finished brass frame has a bar latched loading gate on the right side. Walnut square butt grips. Approximately 6,000 mfg. in 1863. Production was cut short due to a Smith & Wesson Rollin White patent infringement lawsuit. CONDITION: iron parts have largely faded to gray. Brass frame retains 60% silver finish. Grips show marks with gouges near the butt of the right panel. Sound action. Lightly pitted bore sound intact rifling. 4) S&W No. 1 1/2SA Revolver. Cal 32 S&W. S# 19802. 3” round bbl. with rib & pinned blade sight. 5 shot flued cyl. Top break action. Spur trigger. Full nickel finish. Checkered hard rubber birds head grips. Total of 97,574 mfg. 1878-1892. CONDITI0N: metal retains a small amount of nickel. Grips show light wear. Sound action. Lightly pitted bore. (01-28872/DS). ALL ANTIQUE. $1,200-1,800.
